Give ear to my prayer, O God, and do not hide Yourself from my supplication.
Answer me quickly, O Lord; my spirit fails! Hide not Your face from me, lest I be like those who go down into the pit.
Hear a just cause, O Lord, attend to my cry; give ear to my prayer that is not from deceitful lips.
Do not hide Your face from me; do not turn thrust Your servant away in anger; You have been my help. Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
To You will I cry, O Lord my rock; do not be silent to me, lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.
Give ear to my words, O Lord; consider my meditation.
O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger, nor discipline me in the heat of Your anger.
Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.
Hear my voice, O God, concerning my complaint; preserve my life from dread of the enemy.
Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, You who lead Joseph like a flock; You who are enthroned between the cherubim, shine forth!
O Lord God of Hosts, how long will You be angry with the prayers of Your people?
O Lord God of Hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah
Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
You have heard my plea: “Do not close Your ear to my cry for help!”
Even when I cry for help, He shuts out my prayer.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
