whose mouth speaks vain words, and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have lifted up my hand to the Lord, God Most High, the Possessor of heaven and earth,
His mouth is filled with cursing and deceit and oppression; under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
Therefore He raised His hand against them to overthrow them in the wilderness,
They speak empty words, each with his own neighbor; with flattering lips and a deceitful heart they speak.
And if he comes to see me, he speaks vain words; his heart gathers iniquity to itself; when he goes out, he tells it.
The wicked are estranged from the womb; those who speak lies go astray from birth.
They only conspire to cast him down from his high position; they delight in lies, they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah
He feeds on ashes; a deceived heart has turned him aside so that he cannot deliver his soul, or say, “Is there not a lie in my right hand?”
And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. For it is profitable for you that one of your members should perish, and not that your whole body be thrown into hell.
