Proverbs 6:22

When you walk, they will lead you; when you sleep, they will keep you; and when you awake, they will talk with you.

discretion will preserve you, understanding will keep you,

Your word have I hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.

My eyes are awake before each watch of the night, that I may meditate on Your word.

How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.

Your statutes have been my songs in the house of my sojourning.

Your testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.

Oh send out Your light and Your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling.

Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day.

Concerning the works of men, by the word of Your lips I have avoided the paths of the violent.

I will not be afraid of multitudes of people who have set themselves against me all around.
