“Moreover the Lord will raise up a king over Israel who will destroy the house of Jeroboam this day and from now on.

So Saul died for his unfaithful deeds against the Lord, because he did not keep the word of the Lord, and because he consulted a medium, seeking guidance.

For the wicked are reserved for the day of destruction; they will be brought forth on the day of wrath.

May sinners be consumed from the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless the Lord, O my soul! Praise the Lord!

The Lord preserves all those who love Him, but all the wicked will He destroy.

“Behold, the man who did not make God his refuge, but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and sought refuge in his wickedness.”

The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not live in the land.

The integrity of the upright will guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous will destroy them.

The Lord will not spare him; rather the anger of the Lord and His jealousy will smolder against that man. All the curses that are written in this book will rest on him, and the Lord will blot out his name from under heaven.

The Lord rooted them out of their land in anger and in wrath and in great indignation, and threw them into another land, as it is today.”

The Lord your God will drive out those nations before you, little by little. You will not be able to destroy them all at once, lest the beasts of the field become too numerous for you.
