For the upright will dwell in the land, and the innocent will remain in it,
The righteous shall inherit the land, and live in it forever.
For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait on the Lord shall inherit the earth.
The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not live in the land.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
So the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning, for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys.
For those blessed by Him shall inherit the earth, but those cursed by Him shall be cut off.
But the meek shall inherit the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and shepherd faithfulness.
There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job. That man was blameless and upright, fearing God and avoiding evil.
Whoever causes the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he himself will fall into his own pit, but the blameless will inherit good.
The Lord knows the days of the blameless, and their heritage will abide forever.
