The appetite of a laborer works for him; his hunger urges him on.

In all toil there is profit, but idle chatter of the lips leads only to poverty.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.

An ungodly man digs up evil; in his speech is a scorching fire.

If you are wise, you are wise for yourself; if you scoff, you alone will bear it.

All the labor of a person is for his mouth, to fill his stomach, but his appetite is not filled.
