Moreover the Levites were Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and Mattaniah, who was over the thanksgiving songs, in conjunction with his relatives.

Now these are the singers, heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites, who stayed in the temple chambers, free from other service, because they were occupied with the work day and night.

Those who came with the Levites were: the sons of Jeshua and Kadmiel, of the sons of Hodaviah—seventy-four.

The leaders of the Levites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brothers across from them, to praise and to give thanks, section opposite section, according to the commandment of David the man of God.

Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the leaders of the priests and of their relatives in the days of Joshua.

There were also their relatives Bakbukiah and Unni, positioned across from each other in the watches.

The Levites: the sons of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, and of the sons of Hodaviah, seventy-four.

the sons of Lebana, the sons of Hagaba, the sons of Shalmai,

Jeshua, Bani, Kadmiel, Shebaniah, Bunni, Sherebiah, Bani, and Kenani stood up on the stairs of the Levites and cried with a loud voice to the Lord their God.
