Then the remnant of Jacob will be in the midst of many peoples, like dew from the Lord, like showers upon the grass, which do not wait for a man and do not linger for the sons of men.

Therefore He will give them up, until the time when she who is in labor has given birth, and the rest of his brothers will return to the Israelites.

Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord. His appearance is as sure as the dawn. He will come to us like the rain; like the spring rains He will water the earth.

Are there any among the idols of the nations that can cause rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Is it not You, O  Lord our God? Therefore, we will wait upon You, for You have done all these things.

Your people will follow you in the day of your battle; on the holy mountains, at the dawn of the morning, the dew of your youth belongs to you.

I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.

The remnant of Jacob will be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, like a lion among the beasts of the forest, like a young lion among flocks of sheep, which when it passes through, tramples and mauls, without rescuer.

Yet behold, a remnant shall be left in it who shall be brought out, both sons and daughters. They shall come out to you, and you shall see their way and their deeds. Then you shall be comforted concerning the disaster that I have brought against Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.

We will come upon him in one of the places where he may be found, and we will fall upon him like the dew upon the ground. Neither he nor any of the men who are with him will remain, not a single one.

It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing, life forevermore.

The wrath of a king is like the roaring of a lion, but his favor is like dew on the grass.

By flatteries he will corrupt those who act wickedly toward the covenant. But the people who know their God will be strong and take action.

and I will make the lame into a remnant, and the banished into a mighty nation; and the Lord will reign over them on Mount Zion from this time forth and forevermore.

Who is a God like You, bearing iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of His inheritance? He does not remain angry forever, because He delights in benevolence.

“Thus says the Lord God: This is Jerusalem. I have set it in the midst of the nations, with countries that are all around her.

Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion, for I will make your horn iron; your hoofs I will make bronze, and you will shatter many peoples. I will devote their pillage to the Lord, their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.

Because I have bent Judah as My bow and fitted the bow with Ephraim. I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and will set you like the sword of a warrior.
