When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.”

As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him.

But You, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger and abundant in mercy and truth.

For You, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in mercy to all who call on You.

In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them; in His love and in His mercy He redeemed them; and He lifted them and carried them all the days of old.

The Lord said, “If you had faith as a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

And the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge says.

But Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, I give half of my possessions to the poor. And if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I will repay him four times as much.”

The Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had told him, “Before the cock crows, you will deny Me three times.”

So the sisters sent word to Him, saying, “Lord, he whom You love is sick.”

They said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have put Him.”

Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Supposing Him to be the gardener, she said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have put Him, and I will take Him away.”
