Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, and let those who are in the city depart, and let not those who are in the country enter it.

When they had brought them out, one of them said to them, “Escape for your lives! Do not look behind you or stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountain, lest you be destroyed.”

But his wife, behind him, looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.

then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

Let him who is on the housetop not go down or enter the house to take anything out of his house.

Then I heard another voice from heaven saying: “ ‘Come out of her, my people,’ lest you partake in her sins, and lest you receive her plagues.
