After that they dared not ask Him any question at all.
Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own eyes.
No one was able to answer Him a word, nor from that day on did anyone dare to ask Him any more questions.
When Jesus saw that he answered wisely, He said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” After that, no one dared to ask Him any question.
And they could not answer Him regarding these things.
Some of the scribes said, “Teacher, You have spoken well.”
