Every male among the priests shall eat from it. It shall be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy.

Then he said to me, “The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the courtyard, are the holy chambers where the priests who approach the Lord shall eat the most holy offerings. There they shall lay the most holy offerings—the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering—for the place is holy.

And the remainder of the grain offering shall belong to Aaron and to his sons, which is a most holy part of the food offerings to the Lord made by fire.

He shall eat the food of his God, both of the most holy and of the holy.

Then he shall take off his garments and put on other garments, and he shall bring the ashes outside the camp to a clean place.

All the males among the priests shall eat from this offering. It is most holy.

And the priest shall burn them on the altar for a food offering made by fire to the Lord. It is a guilt offering.

If a man carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and touches with his fold bread or stew, or wine or oil, or any food, will it become holy? The priests answered, “No.”

Consider Israel after the flesh: Are not those who eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

Do you not know that those who minister unto holy things live from the things of the temple? And do you not know that those who wait at the altar partake of the altar?
