Leviticus 1:3

If his offering is a burnt sacrifice, and it is from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. At the door of the tent of meeting, he shall offer it of his own free will before the Lord.

Leviticus 1:7

The sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar and arrange the wood on the fire.

Leviticus 6:7

And the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord, and he shall be forgiven for anything he may have done to incur guilt.

Command Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the law for the burnt offering. The burnt offering shall be on the hearth upon the altar all night until the morning, and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning on it.
