if the anointed priest sins, so as to bring guilt on the people, he shall bring for his sin that he has committed a bull without blemish to the Lord for a sin offering.

And he brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven lambs, and seven male goats for a sin offering for the kingdom, sanctuary, and Judah. Then he commanded the priests, the sons of Aaron, to offer them up on the altar of the Lord.

Then, the children of the exile who had come out of captivity offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel. On behalf of all Israel, they offered twelve bulls, ninety-six rams, seventy-seven lambs, and twelve male goats as a sin offering. All of it was offered as a burnt offering to the Lord.

But the flesh of the bull, its skin, and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp. It is a sin offering.

You shall take some of the blood that is on the altar and some of the anointing oil and sprinkle it on Aaron and on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him. So he and his garments shall be consecrated, along with his sons and his sons’ garments with him.

Then shall you take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him.

Aaron must make atonement on its horns once a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonement. Once a year he must make atonement on it throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.

In the vestibule of the gate were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, to slay on it the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.

You shall give to the priests the Levites that are of the seed of Zadok who approach Me to minister to Me, says the Lord God, a young bull as a sin offering.

In the day that he goes into the sanctuary, to the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, says the Lord God.

If his gift for a burnt offering is from the flocks, whether from the sheep or from the goats, he shall bring a male without blemish.

If his offering is a burnt sacrifice, and it is from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. At the door of the tent of meeting, he shall offer it of his own free will before the Lord.

Aaron shall bring the bull of the sin offering, which is for himself, and shall make atonement for himself, and for his house, and shall kill the bull of the sin offering for himself.

Thus Aaron shall come into the Holy Place with a young bull for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering.

He shall take from the congregation of the Israelites two male goats for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.

Aaron shall offer his bull for the sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house.

and the sin that they committed against the commandment becomes known, the congregation shall offer a bull for a sin offering, and they will bring it before the tent of meeting.

or his sin that he committed was made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a male goat without blemish,

or his sin that he committed was made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a female goat without blemish, for his sin that he committed.

The anointed priest shall take some of the bull’s blood and bring it into the tent of meeting.

And he shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or goat, for a sin offering. And the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

All the males among the sons of Aaron shall eat of it. It shall be a perpetual statute in your generations concerning the food offerings of the Lord made by fire. Everyone who touches them shall become holy.

Then he poured some of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron and anointed him to sanctify him.

He said to Aaron, “Take a young calf for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the Lord.

To the Israelites you shall speak, saying, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb for a burnt offering, both one year old without blemish,

They fell on their faces and said, “O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, will one man sin and You will be angry with all the assembly?”

Then let them take a young bull with its grain offering, also fine flour mixed with oil, and you will take another young bull as a sin offering.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and concerning sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,

God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Because of this he must offer sacrifices for his own sins, just as he does for the people.

neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood, He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
