Leviticus 23:14

You shall eat neither bread nor grain, parched or fresh, until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God. It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

In the tent of meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall arrange it from evening to morning before the Lord. It shall be a perpetual statute for the Israelites for generations to come.

The first of the firstfruits of your land you must bring to the house of the Lord your God. You must not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

And so you may teach the Israelites all the statutes that the Lord has spoken to them by the hand of Moses.

If you offer a grain offering of your firstfruits to the Lord, you shall offer for the grain offering of your firstfruits fresh ripe grain roasted by fire, coarsely ground new grain.

You shall do no manner of work. It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

You shall keep it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a perpetual statute in your generations. You shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

As a continual statute for your generations in all your settlements, you shall not eat any fat or any blood.

You must remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and you must be careful to observe these statutes.
