So there was a division among the people because of Him.
Therefore there was a division again among the Jews because of these sayings.
Some of the Pharisees said, “This Man is not from God, because He does not keep the Sabbath day.” Others said, “How can a man who is a sinner do such signs?” So there was division among them.
There was much complaining among the people concerning Him. For some said, “He is a good Man.” Others said, “No, He deceives the people.”
But the people of the city were divided. Some sided with the Jews, and others with the apostles.
