Nicodemus, who at first came to Jesus by night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, weighing about seventy-five pounds.

Joseph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father. So the physicians embalmed Israel.

But Jesus said, “Leave her alone. She has kept this for the day of My burial.
