Many of the Jews read this title, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city. And it was written in Hebrew, in Greek, and in Latin.

An inscription was written over Him in letters of Greek and Latin and Hebrew: this is the king of the jews.

When Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus out and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called The Pavement (which in Hebrew is Gabbatha).

So because of the Jewish Day of Preparation, and since the tomb was nearby, they buried Jesus there.

Now in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate there is a pool, which in Hebrew is called Bethesda, having five porches.

They gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

They had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek his name is Apollyon.
