Every branch in Me that bears no fruit, He takes away. And every branch that bears fruit, He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

The righteous also will hold to his way, and he who has clean hands will be stronger and stronger.

They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be healthy and flourishing,

He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites, and refine them like gold and silver, and they will present to the Lord offerings in righteousness.

For to him who has, will more be given, and he will have abundance. But from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away.

He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast which a woman took and mixed in sixty pounds of meal until it had leavened the whole batch.”

But He answered, “Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted.

When He saw a fig tree by the road, He went to it but found nothing on it except leaves. He said to it, “Let no fruit ever grow on you again.” Immediately the fig tree withered away.

For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from him who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away.

Even now the axe is put to the tree roots. Therefore, every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean His floor and gather His wheat into the granary, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

Still others are seed sown on good ground, those who hear the word, and receive it, and bear fruit: thirty, sixty, and some a hundred times as much.”

Those on the rock are the ones who, when they hear the word, receive it with joy. But these have no root, for they believe for a while, then in the time of temptation fall away.

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that the Father may give you whatever you ask Him in My name.

You are already clean through the word which I have spoken to you.

If a man does not remain in Me, he is thrown out as a branch and withers. And they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. I have kept those whom You have given Me. And none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among them and became a partaker with them of the root and richness of the olive tree,

Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God—severity toward those who fell, but goodness toward you, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off.

We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I have become as sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

They went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have remained with us. But they went out, revealing that none of them were of us.

“Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be zealous and repent.
