But man dies and wastes away; yes, man gives up his breath, and where is he?

Is it good that He would search you out? Or as one man mocks another, do you so mock Him?
so man lies down and does not rise; until the heavens are no more, he will not awake, nor be raised out of his sleep.
yet at the scent of water it will bud and bring forth boughs like a plant.
and after my skin is destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God,
yet he will perish forever like his own excrement; those who have seen him will say, ‘Where is he?’
“Why did I not die at birth? Why did I not expire when I came out of the womb?
For now I would be lying down and would be at peace; I would have slept; then there would be rest for me,
And why do You not pardon my transgression and take away my iniquity? For now I will lie down in the dust; and You will seek me diligently, but I will not be.”
The wicked is banished in his wickedness, but the righteous has a refuge in his death.
All go to one place; everything came from dust, and returns to dust.
Who has experienced the spirit of people ascending above, or the spirit of animals descending below the earth?”
And Jesus, when He had cried out again with a loud voice, released His spirit.
At once she fell down at his feet and died. Upon entering, the young men found her dead and carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
