Upon this I awoke and looked, and my sleep was sweet to me.

Jacob awoke out of his sleep, and he said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”

It is in vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrowful toil; for so He gives His beloved sleep.

As for me, I shall behold Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness.

When you sit down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.
