But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am a youth.’ For you shall go everywhere that I send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.

God came to Balaam at night and said to him, “If the men come to call you, rise up and go with them. But surely the word which I will say to you, that will you do.”

But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, “Thus says the Lord God.” He who hears, let him hear. And he who refuses, let him refuse, for they are a rebellious house.

“Now, O  Lord, my God, You have made Your servant king in place of my father David, and I am still a little child and do not know how to go out or come in.

Therefore you will speak all these words to them. But they will not listen to you. You will also call to them, but they will not answer you.

You shall speak My words to them, whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.

But the Lord took me away from the flock, and the Lord said to me, ‘Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’

the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “I am the Lord. Speak to Pharaoh the king of Egypt all that I say to you.”

Thus says the Lord: Stand in the court of the house of the Lord, and speak to all the cities of Judah who come to worship in the house of the Lord all the words that I command you to speak to them. Do not diminish a word.

When Jeremiah had finished speaking to all the people all these words of the Lord their God, with which the Lord their God had sent him to them,

“Get up, go to Nineveh, the great city, and proclaim to it the message that I tell you.”
