Go through, go through the gates. Prepare the way of the people; build up, build up the highway. Remove the stones; lift up a standard over the peoples.

Lift up your heads, O you gates! Be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory will come in.

Sing to God, sing praises to His name; extol Him who rides upon the clouds; His name is the Lord; rejoice before Him.

In that day there shall be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall worship with the Assyrians.

In that day this song shall be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; He appoints walls and bulwarks for security.

Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter, the one who remains faithful.

A highway shall be there, a roadway, and it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass on it, but it shall be for the wayfaring men, and fools shall not wander on it.

No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up on it; these shall not be found there, but the redeemed shall walk there,

The voice of him who cries out, “Prepare the way of the Lord in the wilderness, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Let every valley be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low, and let the rough ground become a plain, and the rough places a plain;

Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans! With a voice of singing declare, proclaim this, utter it even to the ends of the earth; say, “The Lord has redeemed His servant Jacob.”

I will make all My mountains a road, and My highways shall be raised up.

Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will lift up My hand to the nations and set up My standard to the peoples; and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders;

Depart, depart, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.

And it shall be said, “Build up, build up, prepare the way, take up every stumbling block out of the way of My people.”

Therefore, your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day or night, so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations, and that their kings may be brought.

Violence shall no more be heard in your land, nor devastation or destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.

I will set a sign among them, and send from them survivors to the nations: to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud —who draw the bow—to Tubal, and Javan, to the coastlands afar off who have not heard My fame or seen My glory. And they shall declare My glory among the nations.

Because My people have forgotten Me, they have burned incense to vain gods and they have stumbled in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in bypaths, not on a highway,

Set up the standard toward Zion. Seek refuge, do not delay. For I will bring disaster from the north, and a great destruction.

Son of man, because Tyre has said against Jerusalem, “Aha, the gateway of the peoples is broken. It has opened to me. I shall be filled now that she is laid waste,”

Go therefore to the streets, and invite to the wedding banquet as many as you find.’

Make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame go out of joint, but rather be healed.
