Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city. For the uncircumcised and the unclean will no longer enter you.

Give to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him, bow down to the Lord in holy array.

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

Then all your people shall be righteous; they shall inherit the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

to preserve those who mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.

Your holy cities are a wilderness; Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation.

Thus says the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel: Once again they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities when I restore their fortunes: “May the Lord bless you, O habitation of righteousness and mountain of holiness!”

Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, says the Lord, and be strong, O Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong all you people of the land, says the Lord. Work, for I am with you, says the Lord of Hosts.

And he said to those standing before him, “Take off his filthy garments.” Then he said, “Behold, I have removed from you your iniquity, and I will clothe you with rich robes.”

Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, and set Him on the highest point of the temple,

“But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him. And put a ring on his hand and shoes on his feet.

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts.

This righteousness of God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all and upon all who believe, for there is no distinction.

and that you put on the new nature, which was created according to God in righteousness and true holiness.

Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.”

Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

But exclude the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations. They will trample on the Holy City for forty-two months.

The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

It was granted her to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white.” Fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.

I, John, saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

No unclean thing shall ever enter it, nor shall anyone who commits abomination or falsehood, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
