For thus it shall be in the midst of the earth among the peoples, as the shaking of an olive tree, and as the gleaning of grapes when the vintage is done.

Unless the Lord of Hosts had left to us a very small remnant, we would have been as Sodom; we would have been like Gomorrah.

Woe is me! Because I am as the gathering of summer fruit, as the gleaning of grapes; there is no cluster to eat, no early fig that my soul desires.

“Unless those days were shortened, no one would be saved. But for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.

“You have a few names even in Sardis who have not soiled their garments. They shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.
