It shall never be inhabited, nor shall it be lived in from generation to generation, nor shall the Arabian pitch a tent there, nor shall the shepherds make their fold there.
Some from the Philistines brought Jehoshaphat presents and silver for tribute, and the Arabs also brought him seven thousand seven hundred rams and seven thousand seven hundred male goats.

So the land trembles and sorrows, for the purposes of the Lord will be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.
