You also revealed to them Your Holy Sabbath and, by the hand of Moses Your servant, set in place for them the precepts, statutes, and laws.

He sent Moses, His servant, and Aaron whom He had chosen.

When Israel saw the great power which the Lord used upon the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord, and they believed in the Lord and in His servant Moses.

Thus Moses did. According to all that the Lord commanded him, so he did.

Not so with My servant Moses; he is entrusted with all My house.

And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.

He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and in the Prophets and in the Psalms concerning Me.”

You search the Scriptures, because you think in them you have eternal life. These are they who bear witness of Me.

When they had arranged a day to be with him, many came to him at his residence. From morning until evening he explained and solemnly testified of the kingdom of God to them, persuading them concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and the Prophets.

“This is the Moses who said to the Israelites, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear.’

But now, apart from the law, the righteousness of God is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets.

Moreover it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful.

“O  Lord God, You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness, and Your mighty hand, for what god is there in heaven or in earth that can do according to Your works and according to Your might?

So Moses, the servant of the Lord, died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful and appointed me to the ministry.

God, who at various times and in diverse ways spoke long ago to the fathers through the prophets,

who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses was faithful in all His house.

For every house is built by someone, but the One who builds all things is God.

They serve in a sanctuary that is an example and shadow of the heavenly one, as Moses was instructed by God when he was about to make the tabernacle, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”

For Christ did not enter holy places made with hands, which are patterned after the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us.

until the Lord has given your brothers rest, as He has given you, and they also have possessed the land that the Lord your God is giving to them. Then you may return to your own land and possess what Moses the servant of the Lord gave you on the east side of the Jordan where the sun rises.”

“Moses My servant is dead, so now get up and cross over the Jordan—you and all this people—to the land that I am giving to the Israelites.

Be strong and very courageous, in order to act carefully in accordance with all the law that My servant Moses commanded you. Do not turn aside from it to the right or the left, so that you may succeed wherever you go.

as Moses the servant of the Lord had commanded the Israelites. As is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, it was “an altar of uncut stones not shaped by iron tools.” They sacrificed burnt offerings to the Lord on it, as well as peace offerings.

All Israel, resident foreigner and native alike, with its elders, officials, and judges, were standing on either side of the ark in front of the Levite priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord, half in front of Mount Gerizim and half in front of Mount Ebal, as Moses the servant of the Lord had commanded from the beginning, in order to bless the people of Israel.

They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying: “Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of saints!
