You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor, and set him over the works of Your hands.
For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and crowned him with glory and honor.
You have given him dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet,
But glory, honor, and peace will be to every man who does good work —to the Jew first, and then to the Gentile,
To those who by patiently doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality will be eternal life.
Now to the eternal, immortal, invisible King, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever. Amen.
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels to suffer death, crowned with glory and honor, so that He, by the grace of God, should experience death for everyone.
