For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and I have not become guilty against my God.

The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him, in those who hope in His mercy.

For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the meek with salvation.

For You are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness, nor will evil dwell with You.

I will hear what God the Lord will say, for He will speak peace to His people and to His saints; but let them not turn back to folly.

When I say to the righteous that he shall surely live and he so trusts in his righteousness that he commits iniquity, all his righteousness shall not be remembered. But for that iniquity of his that he has committed, he shall die.

Behold, his soul is lifted up; it is not upright in him; but the just shall live by his faithfulness.

those who have turned back from following the Lord, who have not sought the Lord nor inquired of Him.

Who is there among you who would shut the doors, that you might not kindle fire on My altar in vain? I have no pleasure in you, says the Lord of Hosts, nor will I accept an offering from your hand.

But we are not of those who draw back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.

You have condemned and killed the righteous man who does not resist you.

They went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have remained with us. But they went out, revealing that none of them were of us.
