The archers bitterly attacked him, they shot at him and hated him.

Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways.

Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house, your children like olive plants around your table.

The mountains were covered with its shadow and the mighty cedars with its branches.

It had strong rods for the scepters of those who rule. And its stature was exalted above the clouds, so it appeared in its height with the multitude of its branches.

Though he be fruitful among his brothers, the east wind will come, a wind of the Lord, rising from the wilderness. And his spring shall become dry, his fountain shall be dried up. It shall plunder his treasury of every desirable thing.
