The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to him will be the obedience of the people.

And many nations will join themselves with the Lord in that day, and they will be My people. And I will reside in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of Hosts has sent Me to you.

Before Him will be gathered all nations, and He will separate them one from another as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats.

And if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men to Myself.”

Then Pilate said, “Take Him and judge Him according to your law.” The Jews said to him, “It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death,”

From then on, Pilate tried to release Him. But the Jews cried out, “If you release this Man, you are not Caesar’s friend. Whoever makes himself a king speaks against Caesar!”

But they shouted, “Away with Him! Away with Him! Crucify Him!” Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar!”

and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means “Sent”). So he went away and washed, and returned seeing.

And again Isaiah says: “There shall be a Root of Jesse; He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in Him shall the Gentiles hope.”

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive his recompense in the body, according to what he has done, whether it was good or bad.

and toward her afterbirth that comes out from between her legs, and toward her children whom she will bear. For she will secretly eat them because of lack during the siege and distress in which your enemy will persecute you in your towns.

For it is evident that our Lord descended from Judah, a tribe concerning which Moses said nothing about priests.

The seventh angel sounded, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying: “The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever.”
