Your nakedness shall be uncovered, and your shame shall be seen; I will take vengeance, and I will not meet you as a man.

Of whom were you afraid or fearful when you lied and you did not remember Me, nor give Me a thought? Have I not held My peace for a long time so that you do not fear Me?

Now, therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. If we hear the voice of the Lord our God any more, then we will die.

For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart and knows everything.

“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches and keeps his garments on, lest he walk naked and his shame be exposed.”
