Now Isaac came from the way of Beer Lahai Roi, for he lived in the Negev.

Then Abram continued his journey toward the Negev.

Therefore the well was called Beer Lahai Roi. It is between Kadesh and Bered.

Abraham journeyed from there toward the Negev, settled between Kadesh and Shur, and then he sojourned in Gerar.

Then Rebekah and her maids arose and they rode on the camels and followed the man. So the servant took Rebekah and went his way.

After the death of Abraham, God blessed his son Isaac. Isaac lived at Beer Lahai Roi.
