Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him, and they sent him away with his wife and all that he had.

Why did you say, ‘She is my sister’? I might have taken her as my wife. Now here is your wife; take her and leave.”

So Abram went up from Egypt to the Negev, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him.

Moses sent out his father-in-law, and he went his way to his own land.

As rivulets of water is the heart of a king in the hand of the Lord; wherever He pleases is where He directs it.
