so that the people could not distinguish the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people, for the people had raised such a loud noise that could be heard from afar off.

All the people came up to see him and played flutes and greatly rejoiced, so that the earth shook at the sound.

In those days and at that time, says the Lord, the Israelites will come, they and the Judahites together. They will go along weeping as they go, and seek the Lord their God.

“Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will be made level ground, and he will bring out the top stone amidst shouting of ‘Grace! Grace to the stone!’ ”

They named that place Bokim and sacrificed to the Lord there.

When the ark of the covenant of the Lord came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the ground was in an uproar.
