You speak empty words concerning counsel and strength for the war. Now on whom do you trust, that you have rebelled against me?

Will windy words have an end? Or what provokes you that you answer?

You said, “It is vain to serve God. What profit is it that we have kept His ordinance, and that we have walked as mourners before the Lord of Hosts?

Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.
