Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and that I should bring forth the Israelites out of Egypt?”

Then King David went in and sat before the Lord. He said, “Who am I, O Lord God, and what is my house that You have brought me this far?

“Now, O  Lord, my God, You have made Your servant king in place of my father David, and I am still a little child and do not know how to go out or come in.

Give Your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and bad, for who is able to judge among so great a people?”

“But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to offer so freely as this? For everything comes from You, even from Your own hand we have given to You.

Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, “Behold, the Israelites have not listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, as I am of uncircumcised lips?”

Then I said, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth.”

To the one we are the fragrance of death, which brings death, and to the other the fragrance of life, which brings life. Who is sufficient for these things?

not that we are sufficient in ourselves to take credit for anything of ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,

And he said to Him, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the youngest in my father’s house.”

But David said to Saul, “Who am I? And what is my life, or my father’s family in Israel, that I should be son-in-law to the king?”
