Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but so much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

Epaphras greets you. He is one of you, a servant of Christ, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand mature and complete in the entire will of God.

But as we were allowed by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not to please men, but God, who examines our hearts.

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality,

For you need patience, so that after you have done the will of God, you will receive the promise.

make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

For it is the will of God that by doing right you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men.

so that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh serving human desires, but the will of God.

The world and its desires are passing away, but the one who does the will of God lives forever.
