I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, exhort you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you were called.

Brothers, I ask you, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You have done me no wrong.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, so that we should walk in them.

For this reason I, Paul, am the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles.

Therefore this I say and testify in the Lord, that from now on you walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their minds,

There is one body and one Spirit, even as you were called in one hope of your calling,

Walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself for us as a fragrant offering and a sacrifice to God.

Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, that whether or not I come and see you, I may hear of your activities, that you are standing fast in one spirit, with one mind, striving together for the faith of the gospel,

I press toward the goal to the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing to all, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God,

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,

Epaphras greets you. He is one of you, a servant of Christ, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand mature and complete in the entire will of God.

or stealing, but showing complete fidelity, so that they may exemplify the instruction of God our Savior in all things.

make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Therefore, holy brothers, partakers in a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Jesus Christ,

Dearly beloved, I implore you as aliens and refugees, abstain from fleshly lusts, which wage war against the soul.

Do not repay evil for evil, or curse for curse, but on the contrary, bless, knowing that to this you are called, so that you may receive a blessing.

But after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called us to His eternal glory through Christ Jesus, will restore, support, strengthen, and establish you.

His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who has called us by His own glory and excellence,

And now I ask you, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment to you, but that which we have had from the beginning, that we love one another.
