Deuteronomy 4:34

Or has God ever tried to take for Himself a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

In the sight of their fathers He performed marvelous wonders in the land of Egypt, in the fields of Zoan.

And he said to his people, “Behold, the people of the sons of Israel are more numerous and powerful than we.

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward the heavens, so that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, a darkness which may be felt.”

Then Pharaoh’s servants said to him, “How long shall this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, so that they may serve the Lord their God. Do you not yet know that Egypt is destroyed?”

Moses said to the people, “Remember this day, in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage, for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out from this place. Nothing leavened shall be eaten.

Thus the Lord saved Israel that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the seashore.

“Who is like You, O  Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I lifted you up on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself.

Come now therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh so that you may bring forth My people, the Israelites, out of Egypt.”

“Therefore say to the Israelites: ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.

But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord. Awake as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Was it not You who cut Rahab to pieces and wounded the dragon?

I Myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath.

And You have brought your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terror.

And when we cried out to the Lord, He heard our voice and sent an angel and brought us out of Egypt. “And here we are in Kadesh, a city on the edge of your territory.

The Lord your God who goes before you, He shall fight for you, just as all that He did for you in Egypt before your eyes,

He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and fearsome things which your eyes have seen.

Know this day that I am not speaking with your children who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of the Lord your God, His greatness, His mighty hand, and His outstretched arm,

And the Lord brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with great terror, and with signs and wonders.

the great temptations which your eyes have seen, those signs and great wonders.

Blessed are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord, the shield of your help, who is the sword of your majesty! Your enemies will cringe before you, and you will tread upon their high places.

and by all that mighty power and by all the great terror which Moses displayed in the sight of all Israel.

Remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord your God brought you out from there with a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

then you shall say to your son, “We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

the great trials which your eyes saw, and the signs, and the wonders, and the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which the Lord your God brought you out. So the Lord your God will do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.

Yet they are Your people, Your inheritance, whom You brought out by Your mighty power and by Your outstretched arm.”

Your fathers cried out to the Lord, and He placed darkness between you and the Egyptians. He made the sea come upon them and cover them. Your own eyes saw what I did to Egypt, and you lived in the wilderness a long time.

Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
