You must never bring the wage of a prostitute or the wage of a dog into the house of the Lord your God for any vow, for both of these are abominations to the Lord your God.
There were also male cult prostitutes in the land, and they did according to all the abominations of the nations that the Lord cast out before the Israelites.
For I, the Lord, love justice, I hate robbery in the burnt offering; and I will faithfully give them their recompense and make an everlasting covenant with them.

But cursed be the deceiver who has in his flock a male, and vows, and yet sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished, for I am a great king, says the Lord of Hosts, and My name is to be feared among the nations.

When you make a vow to the Lord your God, you must not be slow to pay it, for the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and it would be a sin to you.
But it has happened to them according to the true proverb, “The dog returns to his own vomit,” and “the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mud.”
