But when the Jews objected, I was compelled to appeal to Caesar, not that I had any charge to bring against my nation.

And Agrippa said to Festus, “This man could have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar.”

I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death. But when he himself appealed to Caesar, I decided to send him.

But when Paul had appealed to be under guard for the decision of Caesar, I ordered that he be secured until I could send him to Caesar.”

Then Jesus commanded His disciples to get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side, while He sent the crowds away.
