He even tried to profane the temple. So we seized him and wanted to judge him according to our law.

Then Pilate said, “Take Him and judge Him according to your law.” The Jews said to him, “It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death,”

For you have brought these men here who are neither temple robbers nor blasphemers of your goddess.

As they shouted and threw off their garments and threw dust into the air,

They did not find me in the temple or in the synagogues or in the city disputing with anyone or stirring up a crowd.
