Even from among you men will arise speaking perverse things, to draw the disciples away after them.

Better is the poor who walks in his integrity than he who is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

Your eyes will behold strange women, and your heart will utter perverse things.

For your hands are defiled with blood and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.

constant disputes by men of corrupt minds, being destitute of the truth, and supposing that financial gain is godliness. Withdraw yourself from such men.

For when they speak arrogant words of vanity, they entice by the lusts of the flesh and by depravity those who barely escaped from those who live in error.

They went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have remained with us. But they went out, revealing that none of them were of us.

For many deceivers, who do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the body, have gone out into the world. Each one is a deceiver and an antichrist.

But this you have: You hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
