The prison guard reported these words to Paul, saying, “The magistrates have sent to release you. Now therefore depart, and go in peace.”

He said to him, “Go in peace.” So he departed from him a short distance.

Moses went and returned to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him, “Please let me go and return to my brothers who are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive.” And Jethro said to Moses, “Go in peace.”

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

After they had remained there for a time, they were sent off in peace by the brothers to the apostles.

After they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to guard them securely.

When the jailer awoke and saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped.

When it was day, the magistrates sent the officers, saying, “Release those men.”

The priest said to them, “Go in peace. The Lord is watching the way you are going.”

Then Eli answered, “Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant you your request that you have asked of Him.”

Jonathan said to David, “Go in peace, since the two of us swore in the name of the Lord, saying, ‘The Lord will be between me and you, and between my descendants and your descendants forever.’ ” So he arose and departed, but Jonathan went into the city.

So David received from her hand what she had brought him and said to her, “Go up in peace to your house. See, I have obeyed your voice, and have granted your request.”

Therefore now, return and go in peace, that you do not displease the lords of the Philistines.”
