After this, Paul left Athens and went to Corinth.

Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord with his entire household. And many of the Corinthians hearing Paul believed and were baptized.

He sent two who ministered to him, Timothy and Erastus, into Macedonia, but he delayed in Asia for a time.

We sailed from there, and on the next day arrived off Chios. The next day we crossed over to Samos and stayed at Trogyllium, and the following day we came to Miletus.

From Miletus he sent to Ephesus for the elders of the church.

Accompanying him to Asia were Sopater of Berea, and Aristarchus and Secundus of Thessalonica, Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy, and Tychicus and Trophimus of Asia.

For they had previously seen Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with him, whom they supposed Paul had brought into the temple.

Gaius, who is host to me and to the whole church, greets you. Erastus, who is the city treasurer, and our brother Quartus greet you.
