The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue.

And you, my lord, O king, all the eyes of Israel are upon you that you should tell them who shall sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.

He said to them, “How then does David in the Spirit call Him ‘Lord,’ saying:

David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, until I put Your enemies under Your feet.” ’

For no prophecy ever came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
