Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “What will be the sign that the Lord will heal me, and that I should go up to the house of the Lord on the third day?”

But Abram said, “Lord God, how may I know that I will possess it?”

“This will be the sign to you: This year you will eat what grows itself, and in the second year the same. Then in the third year sow, reap, and plant vineyards, and eat their fruits.

“Turn back and say to Hezekiah the leader of My people: Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord.

Then Isaiah said, “Take a cake of figs.” So they took it and laid it on the boil, and he recovered.

Isaiah said, “This is the sign to you from the Lord, that the Lord will do the thing that He has spoken: Should the shadow walk forward ten steps or go back ten steps?”

For Isaiah had said, “Let them take a cake of figs and lay it on the boil, and he shall recover.”

Hezekiah also had said, “What is the sign that I shall go up to the house of the Lord?”

Ask for a sign from the Lord your God. Make it either as deep as Sheol or as high as heaven.

Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

After two days He will revive us. On the third day He will raise us up, that we may live before Him.

“Two men went up to the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.

And this will be a sign to you: You will find the Baby wrapped in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.”

And he said to Him, “If I have found favor in Your sight, give me a sign that it is You who are speaking with me.
