2 Corinthians 12:6

For if I desire to boast, I will not be a fool, for I will be speaking the truth. But now I resist, lest anyone should think of me above that which he sees me to be or hears from me.

I am speaking the truth in Christ, I am not lying; my conscience testifies with me in the Holy Spirit,

Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, even as the Lord gave to each one?

But as God is true, we did not tell you “Yes” and “No.”

I say again, let no one think that I am a fool. Otherwise, at least receive me as a fool, so that I also may boast a little.

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forevermore, knows that I am not lying.

I have become a fool in boasting. You have compelled me, for I ought to have been commended by you, for I am in no way inferior to the leading apostles, though I am nothing.

And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of revelations, a thorn was given me in the body, a messenger of Satan, to torment me, lest I be exalted above measure.

If we are out of our minds, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you.

So I am not ashamed if I have boasted of anything to him regarding you. But as we spoke all things to you in truth, even our boasting in the presence of Titus is found to be true.
