Then the Israelites present in Jerusalem kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days with great joy, and the Levites and priests praised the Lord every day, singing with loud instruments to the Lord.

And he consulted with the people and then appointed singers for the Lord and those praising Him in holy attire as they went before those equipped for battle saying, “Praise the Lord, for His mercy endures forever.”

Then Hezekiah the king and the officials ordered the Levites to praise the Lord with the words of David and Asaph the seer. So they praised with gladness and bowed down to worship.

However some men from Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun humbled themselves and journeyed to Jerusalem.

And there was a great rejoicing in Jerusalem, for since the days of Solomon son of David king of Israel there had not been anything like this.

And the Israelites who were present had the Passover at that time and the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days.

Then on the twenty-third day of the seventh month Solomon sent the people away to their homes. They were joyful and good of heart because of what the Lord had done for David, Solomon, and His people Israel.

Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat, drink the sweet drink, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared, for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

All the congregation who had returned from captivity made booths and lived in them. Not since the days of Joshua the son of Nun to that day had the Israelites done so, and there was a tremendously great feast.

Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall put away leaven out of your houses, for whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel.

Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day shall be a feast to the Lord.

On the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord. For seven days you must eat unleavened bread.

When the days of the feast were complete, as they returned, the Child Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem. And Joseph and His mother did not know of it.

Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is called the Passover, drew near.

Then the Day of Unleavened Bread came, when the Passover lamb must be killed.

And continuing daily with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,

You will rejoice before the Lord your God, you, your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no portion or inheritance with you.

There you must eat before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand to, you and your households, where the Lord your God has blessed you.

and you shall rejoice in your feast, you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, the Levite, the foreigner, the orphan, and the widow who are within your gates.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
